Third, use and performance
The maximum temperature of plate vulcanization instrument is 350℃, which can be used in various test products.
The working temperature of the equipment can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected according to the work needs, and the automatic control system in the rear box can be selected to keep the temperature constant within the specified range.
Fourth, operation Procedure
- After turning on the power supply, open the knob switch and set the temperature. After the temperature is set, it will be heated automatically.
- Put the plastic particles into the lower template for preheating. After the plastic particles are completely melted, cover the upper plate. After reaching the set temperature, manually tighten the upper and lower panels. After reaching the set temperature for two or three minutes each time, it can be pressurized once, and this cycle is three times. Finally, when it is stable, take out the template and throw it into the water with a clamp to cool it.
- After preparing the sample, turn off the knob switch and pull down the air switch at the same time.
Fifth, precautions for use
- The box is installed in a dry and horizontal place indoors.
- An air switch should be installed in the power supply line for the special purpose of this box and make the box reliably grounded.
- Install ground wire. (This operation is installed by the customer himself)
4, this equipment is non-explosion-proof, with volatile, corrosive items do not put in, so as to avoid damage, explosion.
5, when the high pressure material test template, should be added in the upper and lower template of polyester film, to prevent particles sticking to the upper and lower template.
- There are grooves in the sample tray, put the sample into the groove, higher than the groove.
7, can not arbitrarily remove the side door, disrupt or change the line, failure can open the side door please electrician according to the line one by one check, in case of major failure and direct contact with the factory.
8, the equipment should be kept clean, should pay attention to moisture-proof when out of use.
