Experiment preparation

1. Place the low gentleness tester in the cryogenic freezer. The control box is placed outside, and the two are connected by a connecting cable.
   2, first put the cooling tank into the low temperature box plus freezing liquid "with propylene glycol/aqueous solution (volume ratio l: 1) below -25℃ or below -20℃ ethanol/water mixture (volume ratio 2: 1) Freeze to the required temperature, and then adjust the distance between the two circular shafts of the flexibility meter according to the specimen, that is, the diameter of the bending crankshaft +2mm+ twice the thickness of the specimen, press the rise key to raise the bending crankshaft to parallel with the two fixed shafts, insert the specimen plate selected according to the thickness of the coil between the bending crankshaft and the fixed shaft, and move the two fixed shafts to the specimen plate without gap after tightening the screws at both ends. Press the down key to make the bending shaft return, place the specimen on the bending shaft and bracket in the cooled low temperature water tank, and the upper end of the specimen is 10mm below the chilled liquid level.
